Very modern apartment in an excellent location.

There was no working door on the bathroom. Apparently they were waiting for a part. The bathroom was facing the beds so no privacy. There was a toilet downstairs but the spiral stairs were too steep. We tried sleeping downstairs but the sofa bed was too uncomfortable. No property should be let out without a toilet door. This is not just a ‘maintenance issue’, it is a fundamental expectation! We left a day early but were refused a refund because we left mid afternoon so they would be unable to let it out that day. Interestingly they were willing to subject other people to this!! We were offered alternative accommodation but these were not suitable. We just wanted to be told beforehand about the issue so we could’ve found our own alternative accommodation.

You can hear the next-door neighbours as if they were standing right next to you.

Fantastic location - it was easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The rooftop terrace in our apartment was sunny and warm. We really enjoyed sitting outside and listening to the people walking below. It seemed the people in Spain loved to sing and we would laugh as they serenaded the city. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the showers worked well. Our hosts were also very quick to communicate and easy to speak to in English which was helpful to us.

The nespresso machine seemed to be broken so we didn't get to have coffee in our unit. The street nearby is very busy all night long so I wore earplugs when I wanted to get some good rest as I am a light sleeper. The couch in the living room looked a bit dirty and in need of a good wash.

Location and staff were fantastic. Couldn't be in a better location in Sevilla. Good facilities with airco, kitchen, washing machine etc.

Apartment was noisy, not only because of city centre but also from neighbours. Could hear everything they were doing... The apartment was all 1 open space, while it said 1 bedroom. Not ideal for a family with kids. Also the apartment was not as clean/new as on pictures. It was still in OK shape, but needs to be renovated (bathroom, beds etc).
