All New Penthouse on Princes Wharf! The Soul of Auckland! Free Parking!

We stay at Princes Wharf as it's a great location. This is the 6th different apartment and it has the best decor and nice views.

The 2nd bedroom is only good for a snoring partner or kids, it is a one bedroom apartment with a dodgy addition taking some of the living room. You can even see the plaster hash job. The apartment that charges a premium for being a 2 bedroom is lacking in cutlery and plates. Mostly only 3 of each utensils.

Our family had a wonderful stay at the All New Penthouse on Princes Wharf. The location was ideal, with my conference conveniently held at the Hilton in the same building. The apartment was spacious and modern, offering stunning sea views from the balcony. It had all the amenities we needed for our two-year-old, including a fully equipped kitchen and a cot provided by the owner. I also appreciated the hair dryer and ironing board, which helped me look my best for the conference. The proximity to Auckland's center, with its shops, restaurants, and cafes, made exploring the city easy, and the free parking was a huge plus. We highly recommend this property for professionals and families visiting Auckland!

Stairs 2 flights but ok Didnt like if you had a couple and a single the bathroom was through the main room No issue for just a couple

Location was great, woke up to 3 different cruise liners in our short stay, stunning view of the city, naval base and islands, very clean apartment with all facilities. Host was best of all, huge thank you to Aaron for his prompt availability and communication, made our stay so much better and easier.

At first the horns from the ferries were a bit annoying, I think because it was a new noise I hadn’t heard consistently before but got use to it.

The property manager was lovely. So friendly and the location with free parking was perfect.

There were no basic essentials in the kitchen. No oil, salt, pepper. Those would have made it even better. Minimum 4 night stay as I would have stayed here again on other visits but I'm only visiting Auckland for one or two nights

Superb location for Auckland food, nightlife and vibe. Great host, access, security and harbour views.
