La ubicación y el piso en general están bastante bien.

Lo que no me gustó fué que era un tercero sin ascensor con escalones super estrechos y altos e íbamos una embarazada de 36 semanas y un bebé de 1 año. Para subir y bajar era una odisea.

Ubicación.

53 escalones para acceder al apartamento. No apto para personas mayores ni para subir con un silla de bebé. No funcionaba el mando ni la TV.

La localisation, la mini terrasse et l'immeuble. L'appartement était chouette mais certains points sont à améliorer, l'appartement aurait pu être parfait avec plus d'équipements à jour: TV, ventilateur, lave-vaisselle. Avec des ustensiles de cuisine en bois au lieu du plastique, les poêles sont à remplacer surtout celles en teflon. C'est l'été et il y avait des fourmis.

Le manque d'équipements, pas d'essuis-tout et mouchoir, pas de produits de soin pour la toilette pas de produit de lessive, pas de sucre, ni de thé et ni café. Pas de miroir dans la grande chambre. La porte d'entrée principale était difficile à ouvrir. La télécommande ventilateur de la petite chambre était défectueuse. La lumière de la grande chambre s'est allumée toute seule plusieurs fois. Pas assez de pinces à linge. Je me suis retrouvée coincée dans le balcon car la porte a claquée. Le wifi communiqué n'était pas le bon. La TV n'est plus d'actualité. Un mur était humide. La fenêtre de la salle de bain manquait d'intimité. Literie pas confortable.

"Lovely appartment suitable for a family but 3rd floor steps was a killer on the legs"

Great central location within the city everything was walkable Accommodation was perfect kitchen with basic facilities and plenty of space

It could have been a little cleaner and the towels and bedding were quite worn

"Great refurbished apartment with only stairs"

Refurbished apartment in the center of Seville. Very convenient to move around Seville.

Do not have elevators, so best to avoid if you have a big family with lots of luggage.
