Very good location, apartment is spacious, I liked the option to unlock the doors using web application. I booked the apartment last minute but response and instructions from the owner were fast

it can get a bit noisy as the apartment is facing the street, but I was there during festive period

A very convenient way of collecting keys, using the code. Great contact with the staff. The apartment is clean, the bed is comfortable. Very good location, close to shop and restaurants.

The apartment was clean, located in a nice quiet area of Seville but not too far from the main attractions. Easy enough to get to the airport bus or the train station (Only a 20 minute walk). Overall a nice apartment and the owners were happy to let us in prior to the noted check in time.

My only two complaints are the smoke smell in the apartment and the Pillows. Ideally I think it would be good to have two of the Pillows provided as theyre very thin, but sadly we only had 3 between 2 people. The drains do seem to cause a smell but I understand this is probably not the fault of the owners. Finally one thing I'd add to the apartment is a note about how hot the water gets and how sensitive the controls are. It goes from cold to boiling very very quickly.

Beautiful, ground floor apartment. Excellence security for complex and apartment. Not far from parade routes for Semana Santa. 10 minute walk to Cathedral, 15 minutes to Alcazar, 20 minutes to Plaza de Espana.

Smell of smoking was evident upon entry from outside. We got used to it when inside for a while.

First floor apartment in a great location. Full size fridge. Washing machine worked well. Overall, it was okay.

The bed was not very comfortable. The handle on the front door falls off. The light in the living room area is falling apart. There was no batteries in the AC/heat remote. The TV remote did not work to turn on the TV. There was no drain stop in the bath tub or bathroom sink. You can hear everyone entering ir exiting the building since the apartment is directly next to the front entry. You can also hear a lot of noise from the unit above you. Overall, it was an okay apartment. With a little TLC this could be a really good place to stay.
