La hora de salida,me parece un poco temprano, pensando que no puedes entrar antes de las 15:00 hay bastante margen para la chica de la limpieza.

Location- the only one good thing I can say about this appartment.

The smell in both bathrooms is unbearable- you have to keep the window open all the time, otherwise it is not possible to use them. Photos of the apartment on the booking.com- not only have been edited with filters, but the whole apartment needs a renovation, painting of the walls and so on. The entrance to the apartment and the entire stairwell are quite shabby and smelly. A terrace is a small piece of the roof- nothing special. One bedroom has two let’s say normal single beds, but the other has a “double bed” that is so tiny and so short- probably only two dwarfs could get a proper nights sleep on it. Basically, this flat is a trap for tourists. So sad, because Sevilla is a wonderful place to visit.

Appartement idealement situé, en plein coeur du "casco antiguo", à 5 minutes de la cathedrale et des alcàzares. Devant la variété des restaurants tout proches, nous avons renoncé à nous servir de la cuisine de la location pour etre sûrs de ne rater aucune spécialité culinaire.

On a regretté le manque de transports en commun (bus, trams, metro). En fin de journée, remonter de la place d’Espagne au coeur de Santa Cruz s’avere un peu penible mais ne nous plaignons pas cela nous a permis de découvrir des lieux que nous aurions manqué en taxi.

The whole house smelled awful. The bad smell came from both bathrooms' sewages. The property is inside a small alley and difficult to find. We had a car and was told to unload our luggage in a nearby plaza. We asked the host agent to meet us in the plaza to guide us to the property. We were shocked and were told they would not do so. Our group had to split up, passengers were with the unloaded luggages and the driver drove off to a parking structure. Half hour later, the driver reunited with the passengers. The host agent eventually had to meet us at the plaza and guided us to the property. I can't imagine we were dragging luggages and tried to find an obscure door of the property in a winding and interwoven Alleys with street names in foreign language. Meanwhile, the host agent is wasting her time waiting for our arrival. BTW, Google maps will not help in small alley due to incomplete GPS signals. We were thankful she eventually met us at the plaza and guided us to the property.

Great location/ easy access around.

Due to small streets, could be challange to find property first time, plus extra cost to pay in case of late check in.
