Very big space!

Cleanliness could have been a bit better

location tested how active we were hehe lots of walking yet close to everything ... enjoyed our stay there very very much and Ace and Cristina were helpful and prompt with their response

Not informed about a $250 deposit that will not be returned

Just I had lots of confusion because the manual was not downloadable

Good location and price, very spacious and well equipped, very comfortable.

Quite complex procedure for checking in requiring multiple emails, key collection from a different property and no personal contact. Only heating was available at the property which necessitated having windows open which allowed high levels of street noise which on one of our nights involved heavy trucks passing all through the night and early morning.

Never book this property. If you forget your belongings there, their staff will keep them and never return them to you. No matter how many times you reach out to them, they either won’t respond or will make excuses. Poor customer service, rooms have dirty milk-stained glasses and a bad smell from the sofa and carpet. No air conditioning.
