There's no wifi, air conditioner is portable. No shades on windows. Communication should be better. Upon arrival I've asked about the internet and my parking space, which was occupied and got no answer att all. Luckily, there was another space in the yard, so we parked there...

Overall: This is a great apartment for travelers, especially those on a budget. However, there are a few things to be aware of before booking. Pros: Accurate listing: The pictures perfectly represent the apartment. Cleanliness: The apartment is impeccably clean. Responsive customer service: While responses may take under an hour, help is readily available. Well-equipped kitchen: The kitchen has everything you need for cooking meals. Convenient location: Just 20 minutes by tram (number 1) from the city center, with supermarkets nearby. Easy check-out process

Ice cream: Skip the budget ice cream shop next to rewe supermarket across the street; the more expensive shop opposite has delicious ice cream and milkshakes. Internet: The internet doesn't work. Make sure you have roaming or a German pre-paid SIM card with data. Laundry: The washing machine is broken. Find a laundromat nearby or bring pre-washed clothes. Bugs: Expect some bugs if you open the windows at night. Bring bug spray or be prepared to catch them "old school." Unexpected visitors: The booking system might not be perfectly synced, so you might get surprise visits from other tourists! Recommendation: Despite the internet and laundry issues, I highly recommend this apartment. It's clean, comfortable, and in a good location. I would definitely book it again.

Apartment is big, reasonable kitchen appliances, big windows to get fresh air, very close to tramway 1, which gets you downtown in 15 minutes.

I stayed 12 days in this apartment, and the wifi went down after 2 days. I then spent 10 days without wifi and without any news from Arbio, even after many messages sent to both Arbio and Booking.com. I think this lack of support is entirely unacceptable.

Space big enough, very comfortable!

I had stayed there for 5 days and 4 nights. The 1st day I already reported the washing machine was not working. Till the day I checked out, the machine is not repaired.

Almost everything. Place is so Spacious, Clean and Balkon is Big too.. Also have secured and SAFE parking place.. Supermarkets just 2-3 minutes walk, also Rossmann and Asian Store.. 😲💋♥️👌 And Beds is co comfortable.. We will see again SOON.. 🙏🙏
