Apartamento San Jacinto III

Absolutely wonderful apartment with everything we needed. Antonio met us and explained how everything worked, gave us great recommendations for places to eat, groceries and touring. Location could not be better, a pedestrian only street lined with restaurants and just a 15-20 minute walk to the major sights. Would definitely return.

Location Polite host

Quite uncomfortable for three people. There is no heating, only one air conditioning in the living room. Although it is registered on booking, it works more like an Airbnb. No cleaning or change of towels.

Location was great, the flat itself is very modern and comfortable, very clean and well kept. The furniture is very modern and minimalistic, yet comfortable, the bed was quite big and comfortable as well. Kitchen is small but big enough even if you want to cook. The flat is located on a busy street, but as it's at the back of the building, it was very quiet (I was actually surprised that no noise from the street could be heard). The building itself has been very beautiful, which was an added bonus. The host is very kind and helpful, I can definitely recommend this place for all people who enjoy a quiet stay.

while this is not something related directly to the apartment, the neighbour opposite had their door open at all times - it was a rather uncomfortable situation to be with, and did not felt particularly safe. We've found out quite quickly that the neighbour is a woman, which made me feel a bit safer but was still terribly uncomfortable. They've also had their window opened at all times and listened to music non stop during the day, which was not ideal. Luckily it was classical mostly classical music but still was far from ideal - we've had to mostly keep the patio's door closed due to this.

Ideal location in the historic, lively and authentic Triana district just steps over the iconic bridge from the center of Seville. The lovely pedestrian street is buzzing with charming cafes most of the day and night, yet the apartment is located on the back side of the building so it is perfectly quiet at night. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking on a longer stay with a two-burner induction range (but no oven) and a good selection of pots, pans and utensils. The washing machine works well, and the rooftop clotheslines are great for giving your laundry a fresh scent if used on sunny mornings when you can hear the happy children playing at recess at the adjacent school. The outdoor terrace is in a tiny courtyard that doesn't get any sun, but is a lovely spot for an outdoor lunch or candlelit dinner on warm days. The Triana location has many advantages over central Seville. It is easy walking distance from all the sights, but not as crowded and not dominated by over tourism. If you satay a couple of weeks, you'll start to recognize your neighbors on the block. Several grocery stores are nearby including the nicest Aldi I have ever seen, a Lidl, a small Mass, and a great bakery just a few of doors toward the bridge. While small, the apartment is pleasant and perfectly suitable for longer stays for a couple used to living in small spaces together.

The drains in the shower and bathroom sink were very slow, requiring you to limit time with the strong water pressure to not overflow the basins. After showering, the bathroom stayed quite damp unless you ran the fan for many hours and adjusted the air conditioning unit to "dry mode". This was true in an unusually warm March, and may be more true in colder months and less true during the hot summer months. The keys could be a bit tricky -- be sure you test them to lock and unlock the door before your host departs. Sharing one set of keys for a longer stay was difficult when our schedules sometimes diverged. It's best to ask for a second set of keys of multiple adults are staying in the property for awhile.
