Große Terrasse. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Parkplätze sind genügend kostenfreie direkt an der Straße vorhanden. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine Flasche Wein.

Die Wohnung besteht nur aus einem Raum mit ca 20 Quadratmeter, die angegebenen 45 Quadratmeter sind wohl mit Terrasse. Die Treppe zur Wohnung ist sehr eng und sehr steil. Zum Schlafen gibt es nur ein Klappbett, was man aber auf den Bildern auch erkennen kann. Aussicht hat man von der Terrasse leider keine. Der Boiler auf der Terrasse macht zeitweise ziemlich Lärm, aber nicht immer.

Das Apartment ist zwar klein, aber mit allem ausgestattet, inklusive Waschmaschine und Trockner. Das Highlight ist aber die große Terasse.

Teraslı tek odalı çatı katı dairesi, ihtiyacınız olan her şey mevcut. Ayrıca ev sahibi tarafından çok güzel bir şarap da ikram.

Konum olarak toplu taşımaya veya merkeze biraz mesafe var, son kat merdivenleri biraz dar.

Chiar daca apartamentul este foarte mic, daca iti doresti doar un loc unde sa dormi sau sa faci un dus, atunci e locul potrivit. pentru ca este curat si cu dotarile necesare. Probabil ca locul cel mai dragut e terasa dar noi am avut ghinion de zile ploioase si furtunoase asa ca nu ne-am putut bucura prea mult de ea.

E putin mai departe de centrul istoric si mijlocele de transport nu sunt tocmai apropiate. Veti avea zilnic de facut un drum de cel putin 15 minute la plecare si la venire din oras. Cu putina rabdare gasiti si loc liber de parcare, pe strada cea mai apropiata, paralela cu linia de tren/metrou.

"Parfait je recommande"

La terrasse est sublime nous avons passé beaucoup de temps sur celle ci. L appartement est bien situé nous avons tout fait à pied. Nous avons également apprécié le calme.

L appartement est un peu petit.

A localização é um ponto forte, numa zona sossegada e silenciosa. O apartamento tinha todas as comodidades necessárias, sem faltar nada essencial ao dia a dia. O grande destaque foi sem dúvida o terraço, com uma exposição solar matinal fantástica, ideal para começar o dia bem disposto, tomar um café ao sol ou simplesmente relaxar. A sensação geral foi muito positiva.

Gostei de tudo em geral.
