Ático la Azotea con terraza PRIVADA

The owner was very nice and we were checked in half an hour before the start of Checkin time. The apartment is small, but has everything you need, very clean, comfortable, and even has salt, sugar, oil, vinegar, tea and other little things. The terrace was very cool. We lived together with our son. He slept on a small bed.

The host was very friendly and welcoming. Everything was very clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable and the apartment had everything you might need. The terrace is very nice but we didn't use it much because of the cold weather. The building is close to the city center about 15 minutes walk to Plaza de España and Parque de Maria Luisa. It was a bit loud due to the old stairs outside the apartment, old entrance door that made noise and an unidentified loud machine outside.

Apartment has a lot of space

There were all the electrical appliances. Washer dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, it was very good to have all of them. Everywhere was clean and the terrace was nice. We were able to park our car comfortably on the street. There was nothing bad.

Balcony was the star. Large area with comfortable sofa and table. Well equipped kitchen. Clean bathroom and good shower. Host was really friendly and helpful.

Bed was really uncomfortable for us. It’s a pull down bed and we found it rock hard and didn’t sleep well. Pillows were also really hard. Apartment was a little far out of the centre of town. Probably 45 min walk to cathedral. Just a little too far to pop back for a rest during the afternoon.

Spotlessly clean, quiet location, everything we needed was there. Host left us a bottle of wine which was a lovely gesture. Fantastic apartment within walking distance to all amenities. Parking was easy at the property.

The apartment is small, but cozy, equipped with everything you might need. The terrace is very large and particularly nice. We found plenty of parking spots in the area and even though it's not very close to the center, it's well connected and you can also walk to Plaza de España. A big plus for the host who made checking in and out extremely easy.
