Die Wohnung ist traumhaft zentral in der Stadt gelegen. Man kann alle Attraktionen gut zu Fuß erledigen. Die Dachterrasse, die privat zur Wohnung gehört und über das öffentliche Treppenhaus eine Etage über der Wohnung liegt, lädt zum entspannten Frühstück oder Sundowner ein. Leider konnten wir sie kaum nutzen, da es geregnet hat.

Alles war super! Kleine Anmerkung: Man muss wissen, dass der Parkplatz in dem Parkhaus sehr eng ist, pro Tag 21 Euro kostet und zu Fuß 8 Minuten entfernt ist. Zum Be- und Entladen kann man kurz vor der Tür halten, allerdings konnte uns Google Maps nicht sagen, wie man direkt vor das Haus gelangt (hängt evtl mit den aktuellen Baustellen zusammen).

Sehr Central gelegen. Es hatte alles für einen Urlaub, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuss erreichbar. Coole und sehr feine Gastronomie from all over the World im näheren Umkreis der Wohnung. Gute Infos der Gastgeber über das Heft in der Unterkunft und via persönliche Kontakte. Freundliches, Hilfsbereites und ortskundiges Personal.

On a tout apprécié. L'emplacement est idéal, l'immeuble est propre et silencieux. Les restaurants sont très proches.

Le point faible était l'eau chaude. Malgré toutes les recommandations reçues l'eau chaude ne tenait pas ou c'était trop chaud ou trop froid. La chaudière perds de sa puissance ou s'éteint carrément en cours de douche...dommage ! Mais pour les non-frileux je recommande ce logement. Les parkings sont plus ou moins inexistants mais je pense que c'est un problème dans tout Seville.

The location, quiet but right in the city and in waking distance of all attractions. Comfortable and clean with everything we needed. The terrace was a bonus.
