Very clean and comfortable apartment, in a very convenient location. Nice bathroom, functional kitchen. The building has an elevator, too. We had a very pleasant stay in apartment 3A.

It was almost impossible to fix the temperature of the water coming from the shower. This was the only downside of the apartment. I hope it can be fixed. Everything else was fine.

Clean comfortable, great location. Perfect communication with the hosts. Roof terrace a real bonus.

Bright & spacious apt on a quiet street 5 mins from Las Setas & shopping area. Comfy beds& kitchen well equipped though we did eat out most nights. Private roof terrace is fabulous! Yes have to leave apt to access but only short flight stairs& l never met our only neighbour on our 3rd floor at any time going up& down. There is a lift to 3rd floor also which is good with luggage. Hosts were super helpful with lots tips of things to do & see and where to eat etc. in welcome booklet. Also very quick to respond to any message via Booking.com& booked taxi for us to airport & stored our luggage after checkout until we left for free. Black Panther cafe nearby does v nice coffee:)

Like some other reviews we did notice a bad smell in bathroom once weather got sunny. It wasn't very hot during out stay so it wasn't too bad but by end of stay was worsening so l can imagine it's bad in summer heat. It is literally the only negative thing, everything else was wonderful!

Couldn't get the hot water to work in the shower initially but with hosts help eventually got it working

The location was excellent and within walking distance to everywhere. The bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The code system for the door was very easy to use. The hosts were very good to deal with and always responded very promptly.

There was a really bad smell in the bathroom. We had to leave the window open all the time however when we closed it at night it was extremely uncomfortable to go into the bathroom.We contacted the hosts and they sent someone to look at it but it didn't improve.

Clear instructions, helpfull host. There is a comfartble parking nearby.

It was unclear for me from description that terrace was not attached to the apartment, to get there you should go upstairs. Chaise long was unusable, because the material was torn. And a bathroom had a smell.
