Locatie is super. Alles op loopafstand. Je bent zo in de winkelstraat, maar ook dicht bij de rivier. En belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden bijv Paleis Alcazar allemaal op loopafstand. Communicatie met de beheerder was prima. We kregen voor ons verblijf al een appje van Rafael met een aantal vragen. We waren bij aankomst vroeg maar mochten de koffers alvast stallen. Bij uitchecken mochten we de koffers ook laten staan wat wel fijn was want we hadden een late vlucht. Je mag Rafael ook alles vragen. Hij reageert meteen via de app. Hij heeft ons een hoop tips gegeven en restaurantje geboekt en tevens de taxi. Hij regelt alles voor je. Top!

Die Lage war zentral, das Appartment angenehm groß.

Leider waren die Geräusche der Straße und der Haustür sehr laut. Ohne Oropax konnte ich nicht schlafen.

The property is spacious and the owner is very helpful in our inquiries and helped us booked reservations for Flamenco show and El Reconcillo restaurant , we enjoyed our experienced in Sevilla.

The area was nice and quiet, great location as it was only a short walk to the hustle and bustle of the main area of the city. Our host gave us loads of recommendations and was very attentive.

The room was very dark.

I like all. It a nice apartment, clean and tidy and good amenities and comfortable. If it gets a bit colder you can use AC to warm up a little. The host is perfect, as communication was great. I liked there is a microwave and some tea which I needed to warm up. The bed was comfy. I hope to come again. Muchas gracias Miguel y Rafael! :)

Noise from the street as windows like in all Spain usually are loose and not fit well, thin glass too. It a ground floor, sometimes at night people pass by talking very loudly and cars/motorbikes too. But, this is all ok for the central location I guess. I would suggest some slippers as ground floor can be cold.

Very nice place. Bigger than expected. The host very friendly and helpful. From the location you can go on foot to every interesting spot in the centre.

Good service and connection with the host, all recomendations regarding local entertainments, restauraunts, plaes, etc. Everyday is online, from the date of bookin untill leaving. Everything amentities in the apartment, including salt, sugar and oil, kitchen towels and paper A bed is comfortable. Offered owner's parking is too far from the appartment, 20 minutes walking (and the same by the car). If you stay short time, better to use any nearest parking.

A bit cold (february, is it Sevilla's building specific) inspite of the working conditioner ithe living room/kitchen. The conditioner in the bedroom doesn't work at all. Very bad shower, I think shower watering can has to be replaced or fixed.
