There is a terrible sound that comes from the apartment, not able to sleep in the morning. I have video if anyone needs it. The parking, if you have anything bigger than a smart car or mini, dont even bother. It took me at least five turns to get into the space.

Excellent, very comfortable apartment close to the center. Quiet, clean, comfortable beds, each bedroom has its own bathroom. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby. There is underground parking.

Water is leaking from both shower stalls. The apartment is on the ground floor, quite dark.

It is very specious and have two bathrooms

Is was not so clean, there was some hair in bathroom and also very few glasses. The parking garage is tight but is a plus in that area

The property was clean and well equipped for self catering, but see note below about glass which has to affect overall scores. Close to supermarket for supplies and a pleasant walk through Triana pedestrianised section to get to the main features of Seville.

A glass door from a bedroom to a courtyard was dangerously broken. Two members of our party cut their feet on shards of glass. The company sent someone to remove the loose pieces of glass but only because we contacted them after our accidents. No one should have been allowed to rent the property until the glass situation was repaired. Be aware of car parking in the garage. It is exceptionally tight and requires difficult manoeuvres to get in and out! Also the apartment keys! On departure you have to exit the garage first and then go back to the apartment with the keys and leave them inside. Beware-the set of keys for the garage does not have an apartment key attached so take more than one set to the garage! Alternatively owners please add an apartment key to the garage key ring! Apart from that we enjoyed the apartment and Seville.

Big, clean apartment in an excellent location in Triana in Seville. Equipped with everything you need. One of the best apartments we have ever been to.

There were some flaws with both showers, but not nearly big enough to spoil our impression of this beautiful apartment.

great modern apartment tastefully decorated and furnished. Very clean both inside and in the communal areas. Excellent location 10 minute walk from the river. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Quiet comfy bedrooms- couldn’t really ask for anything more :)

a coffee machine ( nespresso? ) and some tea and milk would have made it perfect!

Staff is very nice and supportive. Apartment was super nice!!
