The apartment was clean and comfortable and easily accommodated our family of five .It had everything we needed and the staff were very helpful and attentive. It's in a great location that means everywhere is walkable. There are lots of tapas bars and a supermarket nearby. It was lovely sitting under the sunshade on the balcony and the AC was really efficient.

Four flights of stairs, but that was on the description so we can't really complain.

"Great location, large apartment"

The apartment was clean and large. The location was good. It was easy to access the apartment. We would definitely stay here again.

There needs to be directions on how to use the mini split units. We had trouble figuring out how to turn the heat on.

The location is great, all the main cultural points are within a 15 min walk. The apartment was clean and spacious, exactly as advertised. Communication was easy, we got tons of recommendations and help from Luciano. Highly recommended.

"Perfect stay in Seville."

The apartment is in a lively area, perfect to access restaurants, bars and monuments on foot. The property was spotless and has everything you need for a short stay. The large outdoor terrace catches the sun from early morning and provides a great spot to watch the world go by. The host responds quickly to answer any questions you have and even arranged a taxi for us on departure.

The shower is on a 12 min restriction and then you have to wait 25 mins for boiler to reheat, so not ideal if you all want to get ready in quick succession. This was the only negative, but you can work around it.

I have three main requirements for any property - white spotless sheets, coffee machine and good location. Sheets were white, crisp and clean; coffee machine was ready with coffee pods; and I would give 11 out of 10 for the location if I could - it was just perfect: close to supermarkets, amazing food places and all the touristy attractions. Luciano was excellent, very helpful and quick to answer all my questions. Brilliant stay, thank you!

Great location, spacious, good TV, the sun terrace, the view.

4th floor no lift, so not suitable for those with walking issues.
