La ubicación es lo mejor. El apartamento tiene dos baños y eso ayuda mucho.

Bed smell in and around building

The only aspect which could not disappoint was the ubication, which was the prime reason for choosing the apt.

First of all, even if I communicated our arrival very clearly, also with train arrival and confirming our arrival at 16:15 to the apartment, the girl with the keys kept us waiting exactly half an hour. She had no excuses..... Then, for being 4 persons, we were only offered 1 - one - set of keys. This is a place with physical keys only. We were told the owner refused to let us have more than one set. 2 of us were to participate in a kayak championship, while the 2 others were to visit the city, so AT LEAST 2 set of keys would be required. After 3 hours of threatening and calling 3 different persons, we finally got another set. Then there was a bad smell and a lot of humidity in the flat. We discovered that this partly originated next to a bathroom where there was constant water in the floor in the room containing the water heater. Ventilation was bad, there was "air condition" (which did not work on arrival but a service man arrived some hours later) - however, this "air" was not offering ventilation of fresh air, which could not be done at the 2nd floor (with bedrooms) because there were no windows, only by opening a large window in the stairs going directly out onto the street (1st floor apt). The utensils: Less than minimal requirement, and the little there was, was partly destroyed. Never ever seen a place so poorly supplied with kitchen equipment. Never!!!

The apartment is very beautiful, well equipped, modern decoration, and has pretty much everything one may need. The location is amazing, you can easily walk to the main sightseeings.

As you enter you notice a bad smell, probably the drains from the bathroom on the ground floor. So the first impression is this unpleasant smell, thankfully it does not reach the bedrooms on the first floor. Also, as many of the comments already mention, there are no hangers in the bathrooms, if I remember well there is only one on the 1st floor bathroom and that's all, so it is kind of inconvenient.

Great location, nice apartment. The beds were quite small but comfy. Basic kitchen equipment. No coffee facility. Overall nice stay.
