Good location, everything is easily accessible on foot. Easy, good communication with the host. Despite the not very good bed mattresses, the accommodation was adequate for the two nights.

Beds are a bit uncomfortable.

The property was in a superb location. It was very clean and comfortable - especially the bed; it had all the facilities that we needed.

Large two bedroom apt.Two large bedrooms, huge kitchen, living room and dining area. Three balconies. The area is quiet. Two supermarkets walking distance, Carrefour and Mas. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you'd need to cook. A/C units in three rooms! That was a plus since the heat went up to 104 in August. About a 10 minute walk to old town Sevilla. Location is good. 2 minutes to Casa de Pilato. Beds are comfy. Our hosts were very attentive and communicative making sure we were okay and offering to change our towels. Loved the self check in and info binder! Unit comes with washing machine. Great place for two to four people. Plenty of space. Definitely recommend!

The flat was in a really good. We were leaving in 2B which was also really quiet, besides the fact that there is life in the street till midnight. Detergents were available, something useful for a longer stay.

If you have a car it will be really difficult to find parking. Most probably the flats with a window facing the main street are not that quiet.

Very good location (main attractions on 15-30min walk; bars and restaurants in the neighborhood, 1,7km from Start Seville Marathon :) ); all necessary accessories at the apartment. Close follow-up of the owners; easy to contact. It's not possible to park in the street, but we found parking spots for free at about 15 min walk (close to the Burger King).

One bedroom and the living room are situated at the street side which can be a bit noisy (for the ambience on the street, restaurant in front of the street). We were 4 people but there is only a sofa for 2...

Great location. The place has everything you might need for a short stay. Nice living room/ kitchen, nice shower, decent size bed. 2nd floor.

We had a couple of annoying problems. First, the room was not ready for the time we arrived. We were slightly early and we noticed the cleaning lady was still working, so we waited in the apartment hall (which is quite dirty). When she noticed us, she let us in, we dropped the bags and left, because she was far from done! On our return, hours later, the flat was clean but there was no hot water. We contracted the owner and we were given "a trick" to try. It luckily worked, but that was already late at night, after a wonderful cold shower. Not the best start.

The apartment was in the center of the city,you can walk everywhere and had everything that we needed for our stay! Pepe and Maru was one call away and they also sent me through what's app the directions and how to enter to the apartment the day of my arrival which I appreciated so much!
