Eerste dag was het best koud. Buiten s avonds minder dan 10 graden. Duurde even voor de verwarming geregeld was.

Space,comfort ,easy to access,first floor,wash machine , responsive host,TVs in all the rooms all was perfect

Nothing I didn’t like

I booked this place last minute after a long day of driving, just looking for somewhere comfortable to sleep. Although it was outside regular check-in hours, my reservation was confirmed, and customer support assured me it was fine since the host’s profile allowed late check-ins. I even have got an automatic message on the app by the host. The host was supposed to send a self-check-in code by SMS, but it never arrived. Tired and desperate, I called the host several times, texted on WhatsApp, and messaged through the app—and got absolutely nothing back. After waiting as long as I could, exhausted, I finally had to find another place nearby. I’ve now spent over a month trying to sort out a refund with customer support, who’s been polite but unable to help. Despite all my efforts, I’m still being charged for a room I never accessed—through no fault of my own. I even tried reaching out to the host for a fair solution, but they’ve ignored every attempt. If you value peace of mind and a reliable stay, avoid this place. I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this experience left me no choice.
