Die Lage ist super, gleich am Wasser. Nikolletta Die Vermieterin hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Es gab was Süßes und was zum anstoßen 🍾🥂Mann kann sich mit Ihr auf deutsch verständigen.Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und voll ausgestattet. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und drei Kinder.

Nikoletta was really nice to us, she answered all of the additional questions. The view from the kitchen balcony is amazing. The kitchen is well equipped.

All rooms are facing the street, the only view on Balaton is from one balcony in the kitchen. The mattresses were too sotf for us. And we also couldn't sleep well because of the noise: - you can hear through the walls and from the upper apartment - one door was creaking - fans at the toilets and bathrooms were unbelievably loud and they squeaked There were some other smaller shortcomings: another door didn't fit to be closed, kitchen countertop is small so preparing of food is more difficult, one chair was already broken, ... That all together caused it was not quite comfortable for us. Nikoletta apologised with a sweet gift for the troubles we had with sleeping and explained that they want to fix the problems after the season. Because of her attitude we added 1 point to the overall rating. And just one statement with no judgment if it is good or not: The apartment is in a little bit older building, what is recognisable mostly from the inside of it and the original doors or for example the kitchen unit is wallpapered, there are original tiles in the bathroom, so it is a little bit retro in some ways completed with some new furniture and modern wallpapers :)
