What an absolute little gem of a place everything about the rectory room is just perfect an idyllic setting, absolutely everything you could possibly need, milk , tea, coffee and cafe as a welcoming package . The most cosiest room you could possibly wish for Communication from host was fantastic directions etc I was very impressed

Lovely property, very well equipped, clean and comfortable. In a very quiet location and only a 20 minute walk into Grassington. The Fountaine pub is a few minutes walk over the bridge which is very handy!

Nothing, just wished we could have stayed longer!

"Very nice clean property it is very much a studio size"

I was informed that the property had a blue door however it was a cream coloured door so initially it was confusing and I did have to walk around just to check that I was in the correct place

"A beautiful, comfortable little bolthole in a stunning part of the world"

Beautiful and quiet little village with walks on the doorstep and a lovely pub the other side of the river. Very convenient parking too. The kitchen's tiny but has everything you need for a short stay. Bathroom very generous and with lovely soft towels. A lovely little find!

"Beautiful place"

The place was clean, comfotable and cosy. Me and my partner were both pleasently surprised at what a lovely apartment it is. Everything you need is all there and the location is beautiful across from the river and a short walk from grassington and a few local landmarks, not to mention a great but quiet country pub a stones throw from the front door. Quite honestly one of the best places we have ever stayed in. Would recomend to anyone who is looking for peace and quiet lovely country air and a cosy night.

The only thing i didnt like is that we only had the 1 night and didnt book more.
