unable to stay due to maintenance at property

The position was great, loved the verandah in the sun and the heating worked a treat

Needed a blind on the bathroom window and a plug for the bathroom sink. The kitchen taps made such loud thudding noises when using them we were worried we would wake the neighbours. Frypan needs replacing as it is all buckled

It's location was good, it had all the facilities ie washing machine, cooker etc. Parking provided at rear of property. it was quiet. Beds and bedding were comfortable and clean

The kitchen taps couldn't be used as the air in the pipes made the loudest noise, so we had to use the laundry sink. Not a big deal but worth mentioning. Better explanation of going around the block to reach the parking area would be good. That's it really

The apartment was within easy walking distance from an Aldi store which made it simple to pick up food. As an old townhouse, the ceilings were very high which kept it cool on what were quite warm days. Very clean throughout with cooking and laundry equipment. Made for an easy stay to catch up on washing and relax. Also close to the Ballarat Art Gallery and the centre of town. A longer walk to the lake but 2 minute drive in the car. Good parking out the back.

The townhouse is quite close to the railway line and we were disturbed on both nights by trains coming in and out quite late. There were no flyscreens on the windows and we could not seem to open the downstairs ones. Wouldn't be suitable for anyone who cannot climb stairs as there are steps to the entry and stairs to the upper floor. A steep flight of steps leads to the carpark out the back.
