Cleanliness, Relaxing, amenities, bedding, spa bath, smooth communication with hosts, romantic vibes, 5 min drive to restaurants and shops, calm view, nice trails

An extra lamp would help if we sometimes need extra brightness. But it's a tiny thing to improve. Overall it was perfect

It was a beautiful cottage with a gorgeous garden. Very clean. So many extras thought of like choccies left on a glass dish and good coffee machine with plentiful coffee pods and tea. Lovely thick towels. Comfortable bed with electric blanket and cosy clean bedding. Good gas heater. Beautifully decorated. Loved the cottage and garden.

Nothing we loved it ❤️

The cottage was set into bushland and backed onto a lovely creek. It was secluded and private and still only a few minutes drive to the major attractions and shopping in Ballarat. The cottage was beautifully decorated and contained everything we could wish for. We cooked our own food during our stay in Ballarat and the kitchen was great for everything that doesn't require an oven. While on site we used the free washing and drying facilities and they were easy to use and worked well. The bed was comfortable, the spa bath a luxury and the whole cottage was spacious and clean. The outdoor area (the deck) was a great place to sit and enjoy the beautiful bush setting and watch the many birds and ducks. If we return to Ballarat again we will definitely stay here again.

Nothing could have been better. The cottage was everything we could have hoped for.

It was very clean & tidy, had everything in it. Extremely peaceful. Loved the little garden ornaments around the property

The cottage was beautifully furnished with lots of nice touches. It was situation near a lovely bushy area with a small fiver and walking track a delightful garden.

The only issue was the spa tap which needed a new washer. It was very hard to turn on.
