I liked how convenient the apartment was. You have everything you need to start living there. There are also things I never thought of when booking a property. We found many comforts there - a heater for the bathroom, a fully stocked kitchen with utensils and crockery. Coffee capsules for the respective machine, as well as clean and pleasant bed linen.

I didn't like how cold was there. The host could heat the place a little bit, but it was not a big drama. The apartment block looks too old, and may gives you a wrong feeling about the property you booked :D. Also, the view from the terrace has mixed feelings - you see the mountain, but also a cemetery, as well as a badly maintained (by the municipality, of course) river bed.

Everything was perfect! I recommend this place and for sure will be back!

Modern and spacious flat with comfy living area for gatherings and two big bedrooms with comfortable beds. Great value for money.

The location isn’t great - if you want to eat at a good restaurant in Smolyan you have to drive for about 10-15 min to get to the other part. There’s is a convenience store just around the corner and a pastry shop 200m down the street, but that’s pretty much all you are getting in this neighbourhood.

A great, newly renovated, specious apartment. Big, comfortable beds. Full equipped kitchen. Whatever you can think of, they have it. Big TVs in every room, reliable Wi-Fi.
