In un palazzo storico interamente ristrutturato con criteri antisismici ma preservando tutte le bellezze del passato, quindi con altissimo riguardo a mantenere gli elementi architettonici che hanno caratterizzato la vita secolare della casa ma a renderla allo stesso tempo perfettamente vivibile secondo i canoni odierni. Veramente una bella esperienza, arricchita oltre che dalle spiegazioni della padrona di casa, anche dai piccoli omaggi che hanno permesso di portare a casa un bel ricordo.

Ilaria provided us warm reception. She is very kind. The apartment is large and comfortable.

We love history and architecture, so this apartment in Spoleto is a real gem for me and my husband. The hosts carefully preserved original details that are several hundred years old. Ilaria gave us a short tour of the place’s history and even gave us some small gifts. She is a very very nice person. The apartment is clean and cozy in comfortable quiet location not far from parking. It has everything you might need, even a kettle, which is not so common in Italy 😊

The shower is quite small, and the curtain is a bit flimsy, so water spills onto the antique floor. A more solid setup would be nice. We also couldn’t figure out how to use the washing machine — having a printed instruction in the bathroom would be helpful.

It's located in the city center, it's historic and there's a cool sense of history in the apartment. The owner made herself available if there were any problems.

The bathroom was too small and so it was uncomfortable to use because of the lack of space. There was an air freshener that was too strong. There wasn't much natural light. It felt really cramped because there were a lot of objects inside the apartment. It lacked warmth and comfort. The nearest parking spaces are at least 200 mt. away and there's no guarantee of finding free parking.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questa splendida dimora storica a Spoleto e l’esperienza è stata semplicemente indimenticabile. La struttura conserva intatto il fascino del passato senza rinunciare al comfort moderno. La posizione è perfetta, a pochi passi dal centro, ideale per scoprire le bellezze della città. Semplicemente fantastica la proprietaria che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Torneremo sicuramente!
