The location in Spoleto was good as close to Corso Garibaldi and the Posterna 3 entrance.

I left the accommodation after the first night. Booked 3 nights. Lost my money. The place was not clean, but filthy by my standards. See my photos taken 20 April, 2024. A foul odor smell in the bathroom from dampness and musty mold could not be tolerated, quite nauseating. I would not use the shower. Look at the photo of the shower recess and floor!! Would not use the old towels. Yellow duck on handbasin only soap for handbasin, shower and washing hair!! Kitchen sink, filthy with gunk around the edge. You would not want to take any pots or pan out of the cupboard under the sink!! No coffee supplied. Table place mat with left over dinner and not cleaned from previous people. Wi-Fi notice table a jumble of cords. No water in the fridge. You had to bang the front door really hard for the key lock to match up and close. Complained to owner - their response - "It is a simple studio apartment not a 4 star hotel". They were not concerned about minimum standards of health and hygiene requirements at all. No offer of any part refund, so I say "STAY AT YOUR OWN HEALTH RISK".
