Glenaire apartments at Pontifex

The apartment is couple minutes drive from town center, very convenience. the apartment is very clean, and have everything I need.

The property was spacious with a full kitchen, lounge room and bathroom with laundry facilities. It was warm and the bed was large and comfortable. Hosts were helpful and friendly.

A couple of minor things. Nowhere to hang towels but we used the clothes drying rack. There were only two regular forks.

Great location with easy parking. We stayed with our dog, and both the room facilities and the surrounding environment were very nice.

The curtain on the front door was damaged and couldn’t be fully closed, which made privacy a bit poor. It would also be great if there were a scissors in the kitchen. We only found a knife and had to use it instead.

The kitchen is great

Nice place. Easy check in. Very comfortable bed with electric blankets. Close to everything. Big fridge with freezer. Kitchen had most things you need. It's raised up so the floor is pretty noisy but besides that it was very comfortable.

It had a roof.

Owner changed accommodation on us without letting us know. Put us in a unit around the corner, listed separately on booking.com. we didn't choose that one because it was not up to standard. We rocked up and couldn't get in. I made a call and thankfully she answered and told us she'd moved us to another street. The place was dirty, air con couldn't be adjusted, only one heater for 3 rooms and torn blankets. I tried to no avail to get hold of her. She would not return my calls. My sister finally got onto her to ask for a heater. One was brought over covered in grime, cobwebs and spiders. It had to be cleaned by us. Couldn't use oven, was filthy. The whole place was just a disappointment and I texted to say I wanted what I'd originally booked 2.months ago. Radio silence. Stay away from anything with Glenaire in the name. Truly never had such a disappointing experience before.
