Unfriendly, incomprehensible, unhelpful staff, lack of information, rude communication with just a few words... you get the feeling that you are unwanted or want to rob them. Very unpleasant, I have traveled all over the world, but I have never experienced anything like this. The apartments are ok, just dirty, unpleasant smell, towels are worn out and no longer white, but gray. It's good that I had my own. The bed is hard as a board, parasites live there, because all my legs were bitten after the night. Everyone smokes on the balconies, it is impossible to open the window. No soundproofing, everyone is screaming around. The view in front of the windows is construction.... the price is very high, because for the same price you can get beautiful, clean, comfortable and modern apartments in the Austrian Alps for the same number of days. There is no information for tourists, there are no hiking trails, few bike paths through the forest. we transferred them more money than was indicated, because they insisted and insisted again and again, without giving us the code to enter the apartment, but they did not return the difference to us, they ignored us.
