Very friendly staff, one of the cleanest rooms we had in SEA! Breakfast was a bit complicated to order, but they brought it to the room. Perfect for one night to go to Bukit Lawang.

Great place to stay in Medan, 24 hour security, very clean & spacious rooms, and really friendly staff who are very helpful with any requests. They helped to drive us to a nearby ATM to get cash, and gave us great recommendations for restaurants nearby. They also got for us a basketball and turned the lights on at night just for us to play a little bit :). Felt very comfortable and looked after, thank you!

The host and the staff is really the top of the tops! Never expected to meet this on a location, in a city like this! Compliments for what these people doing! Nothing to much, everything done with attention to their guests. Invested hours in fixing our (private!) phone problems, what a level! Sure you'll never get this from the best and most expensive hotel concerns... Location is just around the corner of a "live-city" but in the quietness of a private area. Good location for a good sleep in a perfect room with a good bed and bath room. No worries: your belongings are all safe behind the guarded gate. Just stayed for one night, so enjoyed just one evening diner and a breakfast but can tell: good! Prepared with attention, served with a smile and a good taste for a reasonable price. This hotel and staff is really the top and highly recommended!

MB Apartments are comfortable, affordable and have everything you need.There are places to eat nearby. The staff are very helpful and the owner Claudine sorted out any request I had from cars, accommodation, SIM card purchase within minutes . Super efficient and nice with it .
