Svetogorska tri

Smestaj je na odlicnoj lokaciji, objekat je imao sve što mi je potrebno i s domaćinom sam se lako dogovorila oko svega. Odsela bih ponovo ovde.

Obiekt ma dobra lokalizację, były ręczniki i żelazko

The property was not very clean. Plus the walls are painted with black chalk paint and covered with drawings and writing, but the paint is peeling off, which makes the space feel untidy and unpleasant. Additionally, the payment process was problematic. On Booking it was not mentioned that payment had to be made in cash only, also I didn’t receive before any message says something about that. Arranging the payment with the owner was also confusing. We were asked to wait for the owner on another day in order to hand over the money, but we could not spend so much time waiting during our only full day in Belgrade. In the end, we asked to leave the payment in a different place without meeting anyone in person, there was confusion. I think that it was weird and unprofessional

Bio je blizu centra i usluga je bila pristupačna.

Nije bilo čisto, kuhinja nije baš opremljena, nema kave ni ničeg, tuš je bio pun dlaka i gljivica, wc školjka neočišćena…

This apartment has an excellent location. It's no great luxury but can't ask for more for the price, it has everything you need, kitchen bathroom laundry machine air conditioning TV fridge... The owner is very nice and helpful, he responds quickly to messages and guides you with what you need. There is no parking included but there is paid parking a few steps away, quite cheap. Restaurants and main attractions in Belgrade are in walking distance, it's a busy neighbourhood, you get a glimpse into what daily real life is like in belgrade ! The building is quite old, it seems residential, like something from two centuries ago ... but that is exactly the charm.of staying in Belgrade! I would go back to this exact apartment and would recommend it to others as well !

Everything, location was great, the host was nice, the apartment has its own story, we liked the vibe, for sure next time we will come back here
