The location was good, the apartment is good for one-two nights stay. The apartment was clean. Wifi was also OK.

Situated on the last floor, with a very small elevator making scary noises, the place needs renovation. The bed was creacking, the sink in the bath was so small that it was difficult even to wash your hands. Parking the car outside was a challenge, only paid zone where you can park for 1 hour only, then you have to move the car (according to the parking labels). The communication with the host was not very smooth, I had to ask 2 or 3 times for instructions for the check-in, prior to our arrival and I received it only few hours before getting there. All of these are some very small details but at the end it affects the overall impression.

Perfect location. Ideal for a family. Parking near by. Clean. Lots of space. Big TV with of lots of channels. Great value for money. Highly recommended.

Bad soundproofing, you could hear the neighbours. Had issues with the hot water in the shower. The mattress could use an improvement. The building is not in good condition as the apartment.

The apartment is spacious and nice in general. The wall at the kitchen is made for the guests to write their farewells which is great. Maybe it would be cool to ask the guests to share some useful tips about Belgrade for the next visitors :) The location is perfect. The host provided the luggage storage before checking time.
