Sensational view - Zemun

Host is really cool. Property has really nice location with really nice view overlooking part of the Zemun and New Belgrade.

I didn't like anything

The photos of the property did not correspond to reality. The apartment was dirty. It was unpleasant to be in it. The apartment had an unpleasant smell of sewage and cigarettes. I do not recommend staying in this apartment.

The view is phenomenal, the location is great, the host responded quickly to messages and was precise and good. The price is also solid.

The apartment was not very clean. The toilet was not cleaned, there is stone/scale everywhere and kinda smells funny. There are various marks on the sofa, the blanket was dirty and the forks/knives were not washed. I don't think it's possible to clean some things, some elements like bedding and toiletries need to be completely replaced.

Globalna ocena 11/10 ,kad bi mogla...Apsolutno sve pohvale i preporuke za Relju i ovaj prelepi stan. Pogled,opremljenost stana,lokacija..sve ,sve fantasticno.Definitivno se vracamo ponovo .Komunikacija sa vlasnikom je odlicna i uvek je tu za bilo kakvu pomoc.

Love the location and amenities. Soon as you step outside the building you are on a walk by the Danube River. Beautiful walking areas with benches to sit and enjoy the view. If I wanted to take a quick trip to the downtown Zemun or Belgrade, with a 2 minute short walk there was a bus station with 3 different busses. That we combing every 5 minutes. My favorite part was not being able to drive or rent a car. Everything was walking distance or just few bus stops. Something I really miss living in American suburbs. My second favorite thing was the apartment view. We are on 16th floor. Every morning, I would make a coffee for my hubby and me and watch the city waking up. At night, we enjoyed beautiful sunsets and city lights.

The only thing I could suggest would be a better sleeping bed. It was very firm and I am used to sleeping on my memory foam. :)

i liked the flat very much. nicely furnished, nice lighting, quiet, good mattress, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. good heating. the location is directly on the danube promenade, on the 16th floor with a nice view over the city, with beautiful sunsets. the bus stop is practically in front of the house. you can reach the city centre of belgrade in a few minutes by express bus, but you can enjoy the quiet, beautiful area in zemun. shops, market, restaurants, everything is close by! check-in/check-out outside the normal time was possible without any problems. the landlord is very courteous and easy to reach.
