Good communicative hosts, all information provided as asked, thanks! First floor; Excellent central location, everything you need is nearby; Bedroom: big and light, super comfortable and big bed. Kitchen+dining room: big and light, all you need in the kitchen is here, including a coffee machine with capsules, and a dish washing machine. Internet: excellent speed and wifi coverage.

A creaking floor and doors (most noticeable at night); AC (available in the bedroom) - a bit tricky to make it work silently and the right temperature; the hall - a bit dark (having in mind no direct daylight, but OK with the lamps), the sofa is rather simple (compared to the rest of the furniture).
