HostGost Selected Suites - BAMS, Private Spa included

This place was fantastic. Free parking nearby, supermarket, easily accessible to center of city via public transportation and the #1 reason was the spa. My family loved it. Steam room, sauna (takes a while for the heat up), and jacuzzi were the best. If I am back in Belgrade, and it's available, I will stay again! Oh...great coffee machine.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem praktischen Teil der Stadt, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Auch der Check-in verlief dank des Videos reibungslos – eine wirklich gute Idee.

Leider kann ich über die Wohnung selbst keinen besonders positiven Eindruck hinterlassen, da wir uns als Familie dort nicht zu 100 % wohlgefühlt haben. Ja, es gibt einen eigenen kleinen Spa-Bereich mit zwei Saunen und einem Whirlpool – das ist außergewöhnlich und definitiv ein Highlight. Jedoch lassen Sauberkeit, Komfort und das Ambiente deutlich zu wünschen übrig. Die Wohnung erinnerte eher an eine abgewohnte und in die Jahre gekommene „Tageswohnung“ – ungepflegt und renovierungsbedürftig. Die Küche war nicht ordentlich: Mikrowelle und Backofen waren stark verschmutzt, in den Gläsern im Schrank fanden wir Lippenstiftspuren. Im WC der Schlafzimmersuite lagen Haarbüschel. Der Teppich im Schlafzimmer war schmutzig und offensichtlich schlecht gesaugt. Alle Fenster waren mit Folien abgedeckt, was die Wohnung dunkel und wenig einladend machte – es fehlte schlichtweg an Gemütlichkeit. Leider kann ich diese Unterkunft für Familien nicht empfehlen, da die Atmosphäre insgesamt nicht angenehm war.

The host's professionalism was truly exemplary. He responded promptly to every detail with calm, courtesy, and genuine care. Communication was flawless, his attitude deeply respectful, and his overall handling of the situation reflected a rare level of responsibility and integrity. We felt safe, respected, and well cared for throughout our stay. On Easter night, he also made a thoughtful gesture that truly moved us – a clear sign that this is not just about service, but heartfelt hospitality.

Some areas of the room could benefit from minor repairs or aesthetic touch-ups. Nothing significant – just small details which, if addressed, would raise the experience to a perfect 10.
