The apartment is very comfort and roomy. The equipment and facilities are modern and well functional.

We had a very unpleasant experience! The room lock opens by a key card. By accident, we locked ourself out of the apartment on the second day morning (Sunday). Luckily, our family has another room and telephone. We tried to call the owner (she left her mobile number for contact). But nobody picked up phone, after 10min she even turned the phone off! We left message (voice box) and also email, but nobody replied. We do not know how we can open the door, but finally contacted Tourism Center Sölden and luckily we get help from Andrea (many thanks Andrea!), who found the owners family. After another 15 min some solution found, which has been more than 1 hr after the accident. We are not happy at all with the careless attitude of the owner. The property must setup an alternative / emergency mechanism for those guests accidentally locked their key card inside of the room and have no tel at the hand -- imagine what if somebody sick, or had physical accident or without any body to contact-- it can be disaster!!!

Very friendly host. Lovely lady that helped us with everything we asked. Even arranged great parking spot for our car which kept the car clean while it was snowing. Spacious appartment, well equipped, multiple tv’s. Overall building has been renovated thoroughly and with good quality.

Lay-out of our appartment was a bit different from what we are used to as one of the bedrooms more or less functions as living room. However, the kitchen was a good alternative. The most annoying were the barking dogs of our neighbours next door and above us. Don’t understand why people leave their pets unattended and barking the whole day but I cannot blame the host for all that.
