"Dobra lokalizacja na piesze wypady na stare miasto"

Lokalizacja tuż przy murach starego miasta, styl budynku charakterystyczny dla Tallina, parking na podwórzu. Klarowna instrukcja od właściciela.

Budynek ma swoje lata i ma to swój urok, ale też pachnie starością. Dla rodziny 4 osobowej było trochę ciasno. Okna na parterze wychodzą wprost na ulicę.

Olbrzymią zaletą jest lokalizacja - cicha dzielnica, wspaniałe miejsce na wieczorne spacery do portu lud na starówkę (15 min spacerem). W razie planów popłynięcia promem do Helsinek do portu jest pieszo 25 min marszu

Nieco podnieść standard łazienki, na plus natomiast obiektu jest to że był zaopatrzony we wszystko co potrzebne jak rzadko.
