Location and ambiance

The property was in general clean and nicely decorated. Some renovation is needed and the owner assured me that she plans to take care of it. Namely, she intends to install a new air condition as the current one was out of work during my stay unfortunately, so I hope that this will not be a problem for future guests. The elevator is vintage😅so sometimes it didn’t work, but they restored it soon. The location is very good close to several cafes, restaurants and supermarket. Noise from the street is not an issue because the windows provide good insulation and the flat is on the 4th floor. The host, Aleksandra is a very nice person and willing to do the best possible. I would be happy to stay again, given a new air condition. It’s a cute flat😊

Position

Excellent location, the rooms are clean and very cozy. Pleanty of restaurants in the surroundings. Perfect for a business trip but also for visiting Belgrade. Staff very helpful and friendly.
