We loved to stay here :) everything was great and staff was friendly. We were with friends but this is perfect for family also.

The apartment is spacious and there was everything what could be needed for a stay. It also has a big balcony. The location is perfect and just a few steps away from the old town, museums and groceries store. The owner replies quick and provides clear guidelines how to check in to the apartment.

Automatic lights in the hall was a bit annoying as they take some time to turn off, but otherwise all was fine.

Our stay at this downtown seaside property was fantastic. When we arrived we had a nice selection of fresh fruit to enjoy. Access to Old Tallinn, nearby grocery stores, restaurants and cafes was convenient and no more than 10-15 minutes walking time. Public transportation is also very close by if you want to go to shopping complexes. This property has a view of the sea from the glass enclosed balcony. On a sunny day, the sun streams into the balcony which is a pleasant place to have your coffee in the morning and watch the cruise ships and other activities happening in the area. We had adequate supply of china, glasses, mugs, cutlery etc. to prepare our own meals. Access to a dishmachine and washing machine worked out well for our group of 5. There is no dryer but the drying rack worked out fine for us. Lastly, the apartment location is on a residential street, relatively calm and quiet to walk and neighbours we met were pleasant.

There were no dislikes. However, the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift. My elderly mother managed the 3 flights but it would pose difficulty for someone who has mobility issues. Some recommendation would be to have extra outdoor chairs on the balcony, a toaster, a few microwable containers, extra pans for the oven and a couple serving platters. Cleaning of the balcony glass enclosure would have improved the view.

Sauna, balcony, location. The place was spotless clean, very practical, located within a walking distance (we are avid walkers) from the port AND the old town. Quiet neighbourhood, the building has character, the apartment is modern.

Everything was great. We couldn't figure out how to plug a laptop to the TV, but in the end didn't have time to watch anything on it, either.

The apartment is located on the third floor in a house in the Kalamaja suburb near the Kalarand beach with a great view over the harbour and parts of the city on one side and the port entrance and the sea on the other, which possibly mainly justifies the price. It is well-equipped in terms of dishes, cutlery, pots and pans and comes with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer combo, coffee machine, water boiler, washing machine and sauna. Also linen and towels are included. The balcony is nice, it has a glass front and a table and chairs. There is a wifi modem/router behind the wardrobe front for which I found no description but discovered it when looking around the wardrobe and tried the default password printed on the back which worked. There is a Rimi supermarket close by if you use the passage through the yard of the apartment buildings between the apartment and the market. The (edge of the) Old Town is about 10 minutes on foot. Even closer, on the way to the harbour, is the Energy Museum and, in the opposite direction, the Maritime Museum ‘Lennusadam’ or ‘Seaplane Harbour’ which is really good. Tallinn main station and the market hall are about 15 minutes on foot to the south-west.

The interior is somewhat old-fashioned and purposely seems to be mainly of Finnish origin, not only by design but also made in Finland. For the price of the flat it could be more modern and most of all, functioning. The mirror lamp in the bathroom is broken and looks like broken for a long time. When I reported this the answer was “I’m afraid it might be broken then.“, which really helped. The shower cabin door is almost completely broken and was half falling off a dozen times. The thermostat of the heating element in the smaller bedroom is broken and instead there is an electric heater. A strange fact is the many screws in the walls probably meant for pictures or paintings which for some reason were taken off the wall. The flat seemed clean on the surface but at a closer look it was carelessly cleaned before we arrived. The toilet room was smelly which originated from the drain in the floor. This happens all the time with this kind of drain and all that is needed is a bit of water to block the air from flowing through. But apparently the floor hadn’t been mopped and it was all dry. In addition, the garbage bin in the toilet had not been emptied which was particularly appalling. There is a large wardrobe in the hallway which is pretty cluttered with all sorts of things and as such not exactly inviting to hang your clothes. The flat has a fireplace but we were not allowed to use it without giving a reason. In summary, we had a good time in the apartment by arranging ourselves with the condition it came in but it was definitely not worth the money we paid.
