Central 3BR & 4BR Stays

Понравилось расположение, очень дружественный хозяин, который согласился пустить меня на ранний заезд, что спасло меня, т.к.у меня был очень ранний полёт. Есть кухня, соседей было не слышно, хотя жильцов вокруг было много. Цена/качество норм, учитывая, что мне надо было срочно найти жильё по недорогой цене.

Вокруг идет ремонт дороги и немного затруднительно было вызывать такси, т.к. было невозможно подъехать к дому. Ремонт в студии давно не обновлялся, как и мебель. Но возможно это только мне попался такой номер, а их много. В целом пребывание мне понравилось. Для тех, кто хочет съэкономить-это в самый раз и однозначно лучше, чем хостель, т.к. есть свой туалет, душ и кухня.

dirty, everything is worn out, strange smell. Didn't even want to go in, the rent was already paid and no one met, no one to discuss. Asked a question immediately upon arrival, answered in 3 hours.

Korter oli suur ja heas asukohas, kuigi asus hoopis Narva maanteel, mitte Booking' us märgitud aadressil. Fotodelt ei ole aru saada, kumb on kumb korter.

Narva maanteeladuvas korteris on niiskusekahjustused ja mõni koht vajanuks hoolikamat puhastamist. Tõsi, tegime broneeringu samal õhtul, kui kohale jõudsime. Küllap läks koristajal kiiireks. Saime koristajalt võtmed kätte, korteri peremehega suhtlesin telefoni ja meili teel. Peremees soovis, et maksaksin broneeringu eest pangaülekandega, aga pärast seda, kui olin raha üle kandnud ja end sisse seadnud, sain Booking'ult teate, et mu broneering on majutusasutuse poolt tühistatud, kuna ma ei olevat kohale ilmunud. Samuti teatas Booking, et mult võidakse võtta tühistamise eest tasu. Soovisin korteri peremehelt selgitust, aga kontakti temaga saada enam ei õnnestunudki.

It was renewed apartment in an old house with ok fridge, microwave and stove.

The whole street outside the apartment was under construction starting at 7 am. and the apartment was not the one indicated in the reservation ( Lastekodu 22 as provided vs. Liivalaia 42 as indicated). Furthermore, totally inaccessible (4th floor without elevator) for anyone with even even mild mobility challenges. The washing machine and hence the whole toilet smelled like fungus or bacteria. No AC made it somewhat incredibly hot.

Would highly recommend against staying here. Property manager only takes cash or wire transfer, tried to charge us an extra night for early check in by two hours without prior discussion. It was missing the wifi modem and bedding on arrival, washing machine broke and had to be reset. The washroom was extremely stinky and felt very dirty.
