As the title suggests, the rental property was a small loft with a compact living room and a miniature bedroom. Although the property was really compact (about 15m2), it had everything you needed: from small kitchen including all the utensils and kitchenware, to iron, drying rack etc. Some complimentary food (candies, tea bags etc) were also provided. Although, bed was in a narrow space, the bed itself was surprisingly comfortable for sleep. Had a good sleep there (not counting sound insulation issues, see below). The location is perfect in regard to proximity to ferry terminals, shopping centers (viru keskus), Kadriorg area and the old town. Everything in a walking distance if you fancy moving around by foot. The house is an old wooden house with its own backyard. In summer, you can enjoy your time there and maybe even grill something.

Sound insulation is poor. One neighbour was going out with his barking dog every night, which you could hear clearly. Also, street traffic noises are heard from window but much less than the action going on inside the house behind the entrance door to the loft. The house is old and heating depends on manual (electric?) heaters installed next to window. So, its either going to be really hot or chilly. This is my first experience with a bedroom that narrow. I have plenty of traveling experiences and staying in different places but this took me by surprise. No complaining, I managed. But it is not an area where you would comfortably spend your time during day time. Only for sleep. You climb in and out from lower narrower bed edge. During the day, you can only enjoy sofa in the living area which is why I believe it was there. Anyway, interesting solution of narrow, small spaces but not all would enjoy it. Two people can fit in this loft, one sleeping on sofa, the other on bed but it would be really tight for two. For one, it is manageable and decent. All in all, the low price compensates for all the downsides and I just might staying there again, if I am there just for sleep.

Pokoj je velmi malý. Vybavení zahrnuje pračku a sušák na vyprané prádlo, ale po jejich použití není v pokoji k hnutí. Digestoř nefunguje vůbec. Dřez je velmi úzký, takže většina nádobí se do něj nevejde. Horká voda vydrží ve sprše jen pár minut, pokud se sprchují 2 hosté po sobě, tak mohou mít problém. Projíždějící tramvaje způsobují vibrace celého domu, snadno vás probudí. Postel/gauč je velmi krátká, pokud měříte více než 180 cm, tak máte problém. Špatný poměr cena/kvalita.

部屋はやや狭いですが必要なものが揃っていて、立地も港や空港からアクセスしやすいです。

ベッドがソファベッドなので、ややでこぼこしており、腰が痛くなってしまいました。洗面所の水道がかなり狭く顔を洗ったりなどはできませんでした。
