Просторные апартаменты. Балкон, высокие потолки. Огромная ванная. Камин. Есть все необходимое: чайник, микроволновка, плита, фен, посудомойка, стиральная машина. Холодильник. Посуда. Экран. Бойлера хватает впритык чтобы наполнить тёплую ванну и потом помыться. Если натопить, тепло держится сутки около 19-20 градусов тепла. Теплый пол в ванной. Уютно. Мне важны были уединение, ванна и камин. Это я получила. Есть бесплатная парковка, мне было важно.

Нет вытяжки, хотя запах еды после готовки долго не держится. Нет никакой шторки у ванной, вода плещется на пол и потом там и стоит. Плесень. Нет розетки в ванной, феном пришлось пользоваться в комнате. Главный недостаток : очень, очень грязно. Потолки в паутине, шторы и коврики не стирали наверное никогла. Полотенца СТИРАНЫЕ, НО ЗАТХЛЫЕ. Неприятный запах. Постельное белье тоже затхлое. Грязный унитаз, грязные пол в ванной, зеркало. Про стены и светильники - их точно никогда не мыли. Т.е. уборка была сделала только на уровне: вынесен мусор, помыта посуда, поменяно белье, протерт стол. Сантехника грязная (краны,душ), текстиль, обои и все светильники (люстры и настенные) не мыли явно годами. Мой отзыв был бы гораздо более положительный, если бы не грязь. Дрова в основном были отсыревшие и в плесени. Растопить бывало трудно.
