CityView Apartment

Very good location, within walking distance of the Old Town, with bus stops nearby as well. The apartment was bright, quiet, and the bed was comfortable. I have no complaints whatsoever. For me, it was a much better stay than a typical hotel room.

No complaints. The price/quality was good. If I come to Tallinn again, I wouldn’t look for an alternative.

The self check-in was easy and convenient due to the key box. The apartment was ahead of time ready (but did not use it). Overall the flat offers all basic stuff one needs for a short stay. Good connection between city center and bus station

Unfortunately I was too blinded by the good references and I am disappointed that the host did not consider previous feedback, e.g. on the cleanliness or the sunk bed that remained also for my stay. Honestly, I would not have invited my friends if the kitchen (toaster, furnace, old water in the kettle etc.) or the bathroom (dust, long hairs, no shelf for shower gel etc.) would be in this condition - and I would even not have asked them for money. Another problem was the curtain - both parts are full of stains and do not cover, so you will not have a long night. I would definitely not come back and the price/value ratio was poor.

Супер расположение, чисто, уютно. Хозяин быстро отреагировал на просьбу. Вернемся еще раз! На фото был кофейный аппарат, было бы классно его застать в апартаментах 😊

Ei probleemia

Viestintä oli erinomaista ja tavoitin yhteyshenkilön puhelimitse heti, kun soitin. Ystävällinen palvelu. Varustelu oli hyvä (astiat, silitysrauta ja -lauta, vedenkeitin jne. puhtaat ja uudet) ja keittiöosa siisti. Myös sänky ja tyynyt ok. Perussiistiä ja kiva, että oli erillinen naulakko ulkovaatteille. Asunnossa oli hiljaista lukuun ottamatta muutamia aamun hurina/tuuletusääniä jostain sekä putkistosta kuuluva ääni wc:ssä (kuului naapurista). Sijainti sopiva, n. 20 min. kävelymatkan päässä keskikaupungista. Ison kadun toisella puolen kiva italialainen lounaspaikka.

Suihku kaipaa hieman remonttia. Kuuma vesi oli tosi kuumaa, siitä voisi varoittaa, ettei esim. lapset polta itseään. Veden lämpötila oli hieman haastava saada suihkussa sopivaksi. Ja myös seinän vierustat olisi hyvä imuroida välillä ;) Huom! Kerrostalon käytävässä on vanhat sementtirappuset, ei sovi liikuntarajoitteisille (asunto ylimmässä kerroksessa). Jos on lapsia mukana, ikkunoita ei saa avata (tuulettaa), koska on suuri putoamisvaara!

Πολύ καλό, με ότι ακριβώς χρειάζεται ένας επισκέπτης. Πολύ εξυπηρετικός ο οικοδεσπότης!

Θα μπορούσε να υπάρχει για το καλοκαίρι ένα πιο ελαφρύ πάπλωμα...

Ļoti atsaucīgs saimnkieks, pilnīga un saprotama atslēgu atrašanās instrukcija, tīrs dzīvoklis ar visu nepieciešamo un pašā pilsētas centrā - tieši pa vidu starp vecpilsētu un autoostu, arī lidosta ir tuvu, apkārt pieejami visi autobusi. Ērta gulta, regulējama elektriskā apkure.

Sākumā vannasistabā bija nepatīkama smaka, bet izvēdinājās viegli. Tas ir bieži sastopams vecākās ēkās.
