Very cozy and super clean place. Not big, but sufficient for 1-max 2 people. Everything is there, even if you want to cook. The position is also excellent.

For the check-out we were 10 min late and cleaning lady asked us to leave the room. Need to pay attention because there is no place to leave the luggage - better organise and leave Tallinn in the morning.

Perfect for solo travel. Comfortable, private and located in a lovely neighbourhood of Kalamaja. An easy walk to the old town.

Excellent location, handy for all public transport and a short walk from the Old Town. Superbly clean and really comfortable bed.

Could have done with a smaller pan for cooking and a dishcloth, but these are very minor issues. I think two people would find them apartment cramped, but it's pretty much perfect for a solo traveller.

Love the location of this apartement. It's in the middle of everything and it has free parking. Entry is easy and everything is as promised. Clean, with complimentary tea, coffee and shower gel. Love how they prepare the bed linen so it looks cozy. Loved it and if possible I will definitely reserve there again.

My stay in a single room went very well. One of the biggest advantages of this small hotel is its convenient location away from the Old Town, where noisy tourists party until late at night. I had previously stayed in the Old Town, so I have experience to compare. I have trouble sleeping, so it is very important for me that the place is quiet. I was probably also lucky that the other guests respected the quiet atmosphere. I would also like to highlight the cleanliness of both the room and the lobby. The hotel is a two-floor building located across from the wonderful Academy of Arts. My room was on the second floor, which is accessed by a spiral staircase, so I’m not sure if it would be convenient for elderly people or those with limited mobility. Before my trip, I had read some reviews on the booking website and was worried about being cold in the room and about the pillow, which one guest described as "invisible." I asked the hotel staff about this in advance, and they reassured me — with a sense of humor, which I appreciate. In the end, I wasn't cold at all, and they even prepared two pillows of different sizes for me. Thank you! By the way, I don't really understand why some people, while already staying at a hotel and experiencing some inconveniences or problems, don't directly contact the hotel staff, but instead stay silent for the entire stay and only mention it later in their review. A mystery to me. From Tallinn Port's A-terminal, you can easily walk to the hotel. It takes about 5–10 minutes to reach the Old Town, depending on your walking speed. There’s also a market with a supermarket about a 10-minute walk away. A Rimi store, which is open until 10 PM, is just 5 minutes away. The walk to the Rotermann area takes about 10 minutes.

My suggestion for improvement: it would be great if there were a tool in the shower to help collect or wipe away excess water after use (shower squeegee).

location is good and also the price is very fair, also there is supermarket nearby and other restaurants. Transportation is also a plus since is near a train station
