Vieta labai gera pasiekti senamiestį, uostą. Viskas švaru, tvarkinga.

Vanduo iš čiaupo negeriamas, jautėsi chloras. Didesnieji apartamentai "su šarvais" labai savotiškas interjeras, lovos bendroje erdvėje atskirtos baldakimais, mažoka privatumo. Naktį kiek triukšminga dėl gatvės. Požeminio garažo įvažiavimo šviesos prieš šoninį langą nelabai užsitemdo žaliuzėmis, šiek tiek trukdo.

Vasarā ļoti karsti. Skaļš troksnis no ceļa. Viena liela istaba ar trim gultām. Ģimenei labāk izvēlēties citu variantu.
