Very nice and polite owner who met and showed everything. The apartment itself is in excellent condition and in a great location, with convenient parking. This is an excellent choice to be able to comfortably enjoy a weekend in Belgrade and get to know it

Quality of accommodation, location, and very warm welcome by the host Mr Dejan with clear explanation about the apartment, parking and all other amenities. Secured parking space was very important.

Everything was just as good as it should be so no dislikes.

The apartment is so beautiful and clean you will fall in love immediately when you walk in. There is everything that you would possibly need already provided by the host which is one of the rare host that actually cares that you have the best time while you stay in Belgrade. I can’t recommend enough this stay, for sure will be back again!

* This is a high-end apartment building with a concierge and everything else that comes with that * Great view from the top floor, though the view in the photos is now covered by other buildings * The room has every kind of amenity, except kettle * Dedicated underground parking space – a huge bonus for motorists * Great toiletries * Top-notch maintenance; everything is new, clean and functional * Gracious and helpful host

* The space is very small, something one wouldn't expect from an apartment. It's even small compared to an hotel room. * Not the property's fault, but the entire area is a huge construction site as of 2022, and there are a lot of blocked sidewalks, roads, etc. It also makes it very unpleasant to walk toward the center, so one has to either take bus EKO2 or use a car. I'm sure it will be much nicer down the road.
