The apartment overall & the location.

We had to pay in cash. There are lots of cash machines available nearby but they all dispense local currency diner. This was not a big challenge though. The other problem was parking. We came late & were desperate for rest. The nearest parking (paid, so was mentioned in the booking website as well) was almost full & it was a nightmare to park a 7 seater. The major challenge was the sofa bed. We are a family of 2 adults & 2 kids. The bed could accommodate 3 & the sofa bed (we didn't mind as we were just staying for one night), we couldn't make it to work. So l sacrificed my sleep by somehow spending the night in all possible yoga poses. Also we couldn't find any additional sheet to cover myself during the night. So l used a spare towel (can you believe it!).

We had a wonderful stay at Viktor Luxury Suites in July. The apartment was beautiful and clean and its location was in the centre of the city with many great restaurants and bakeries nearby! Our host Bogdan was fantastic, he was tremendously helpful, friendly and highly professional. Sve savršeno! :)

The location was close to city Center.

The building was in a really bad condition. Walking up to the apartment was through dirty old walls and stairs, feeling unsafe. The couch was not clean and the spoons, forks, knifes was in a cabinet practically on the floor. Also the host set the status of our booking as “cancelled” right after we paid in cash. We had to complain to him (did not reply) and to Booking so as to be able and post a review.

Smooth communication, very nice and helpful host. The apartment was very clean, the location is perfect. There's a parking place near the appartment.

Location, comfortable

Location was good, apartment was spacious. Wifi was strong. Friendly host with check in made easy. Close to many food options. Host allowed extra time for check out. Good stay at a reasonable price.

No blinds to block light out in lounge area where people sleeping on sofa beds. Shower needs more attention with cleaning. Bedroom had no mirror. No tea towel for kitchen and very little kitchen amenities. Bedroom didn’t look as pictured and only air conditioning in lounge area. Parking was not easy, but this is city problem not apartment.

The apartment lacks a bit of charm. It's rather sterile. The contact with the host was peculiar. We had to pay in cash when we arrived; before we left he offered late check out in case we gave him the best rating; a night before departure he suddenly cancelled the reservation.
