Location is great

The apartment is at much worse condition as on the photos with dirt stains here and there, especially in the bath room. I rented this apartment for the bath tub, but the water heater capacity is not enough to fill at least half of the bathtub. And when I turned on the jacuzzi it just filled with dirt from the pipes which is highly unpleasant. As well as the stay overall
