Historic Residence Apartments at Old Town

Excellent location. Wonderful to be in the center of Old Town.

For the price, we felt there were opportunities to pay more attention to detail and maintaining the properties.

Only one towel provided per guest for 5 night stay. Laundry is very slow and no instructions were provided for its use.

Stunning location in the middle of old town! We could easily find it and get in, it has a small elevator which helped with the luggage to the 3rd floor. It had a washing machine with dryer which was also useful.

Compliqué pour le code d'entrée et récupérer la clé. Pas de table de nuit, dû rapprocher une chaise. Nous avons perdu 1 heure, nous avons attendu une femme qui devait nous dire où déposer nos valises, elle n'est jamais venue... Un peu cher quand même.

The location is excellent, the apartment overlooks the Town Hall Square and is as central as you can be. The apartment is very spacious with high ceilings and lovely big windows, it is also well appointed and nicely furnished. The management company were very friendly and helpful and responded promptly when we highlighted a few minor issues. There are a few small shops 5 minutes away for basics and a number of larger supermarkets dotted around town.

I can’t say we disliked anything really, as the apartment is a real gem. I think it could benefit from having 1 or 2 larger cooking pans, a cheese grater and a tin opener. Also, it might be an idea to have some kind of general instruction booklet for things like the washing machine, and for the sauna.
