Kalamaja Apartment

It was really cozy and nice place to stay for the weekend. Close to oldtown, shops, cafés close by. Good bed and shower! All you need for comfy stay. Couldn't turn on the tv, but didn't care about it much, so didn't bother to find out the reason why it was not connecting with the channels. Loved the interior. Would definitely stay there again.

Only downside were the pillows (not the cleanest ones).But I'm quite fuzzy about the pillows, so... Fortunately I was shopping for new pillows few days before and they were still in my car, so used them instead. Other than that, I was super happy to stay there.

The location is good; also, the apartment was spacious. The apartment has everything you need; the kitchen seemed equipped well enough. Getting to the location was rather easy, even though there was roadwork. There were bars and restaurants nearby, and the city was within walking distance.

The apartment was fairly cold, but well, it's located in a basement. The electric heater was a bit sketchy, please replace it and have it on for a visitor. Having some sort of heating in the bathroom would also be nice since getting out of the shower was not really comfortable. The shower floor was very slippery; perhaps a better rug would help. TV has seen its best days; investing a bit in a modern one would not be bad. The pillows were not great, but they did serve their job during the visit. Please replace the single big blanket with two separate ones instead. The apartment was fairly clean, but there were spiderwebs near the bedroom window, and there was dust. (It was cleaned, but not properly, if you use a company to clean the apartment, please complain.) Some lightbulbs were not working; replace those as well :) This is not a negative thing, but if you want to support international people, please add addresses and information about stores and restaurants nearby to some "guest book," restaurant suggestions, etc., which are very helpful!
