Dream Stay - Historical 3-Bedroom Apartment with Sauna

We have stayed at this apartment several times during many years. It is historical, atmospheric and quaint and we like it a lot. Location could not be better. It is also spacious. This time we were three couples travelling together and we used all three bedrooms. We also appreciated the opportunity to park our car in the parking lot, which was on the same street (12 euros/day). The service was friendly and helpful. When we discovered that the French press pot for making coffee was broken and reported it, a new pot was brought within 10 minutes.

Even though our stay was pleasant, there are some points which are worth mentioning: 1) It was not nice to notice that the apartment had not been cleaned properly for a long time. The overall impression is clean, but there were plenty of dust accumulations especially in the bedrooms both behind the doors and under the beds. The dust caused allergy symptoms for some of us. 2) Also, the bedrooms did not have curtains that could be pulled in front of the windows. They were needed in the evenings and mornings. We also missed reading lamps in the bedrooms. 3) It is also good to notice, that the apartment in on the third floor. The stairs are steep and there is no lift. 4) Also, there is only one bathroom/toilet. This requires a bit of adjustment when there are six guests.

Location was perfect, characterful, spacious apartment, and surprisingly quiet for such a central location. We had a problem with the lock but it was resolved relatively quickly.

The shower screen was I'll-fitting and there were no blinds/shutters/curtains at most windows.

Perfect location in the Old Town. Easy transfer from the airport with the local bus. Service minded and polite staff. Close to good restaurants, a bigger square etc.

The property was beautiful and perfectly located. It had everything we needed for our stay and was warm, clean, spacious and the beds were comfortable. The only negative was the lack of proper curtains in the bedrooms for reasons of privacy and for those sensitive to light. The half curtain let in so much light from the street and early morning it was a challenge to sleep in the front bedroom, also as the rear rooms were overlooked my friends felt uneasy about privacy. But overall a fabulous place and a wonderful stay we would highly recommend - Thank you

The location is perfect for exploring Tallinn, especially Old Town. The apartment is large and has all the facilities that you need. It was special to stay in a period apartment rather than a generic hotel, and we liked the freedom of our won kitchen facilities. Beds comfy, generally very clean throughout. Great choice for 3 couples.

We were using the lock box to share the spare key, but the hosts removed the box during our stay - not a problem, they offered to put it back - but just a warning if you plan to keep the key there for sharing!

The location was perfect, right in the center of everything. The apartment was the perfect size for 4 adults and 3 children, with enough chaurs and dishes for everyone. Despite being so central, the apartment was very quiet. The decor was also beautiful, right in line with The surrounding old town.

Spacious and central. Everywhere was walkable. Close to Christmas market.

Lovely spacious apartment in centre of Old Town. Great value for money and would highly recommend.
