Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to help protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result. A damage deposit of EUR 800 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Please note the following key handover times: For stays of 1 to 6 nights: - Arrival from 16:00 to 20:00 - Departure by 12:00 For weekly stays: - Arrival from 17:00 to 20:00 - Departure by 10:00 Reception opening hours: From 5 April to 5 July and from 2 to 22 September : Tuesday : 10:00 to 12:00 Friday: 14:00 to 19:00 Saturday: from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00 From 6 July to 1 September : Monday, Tuesday and Thursday: 16:00 to 18:00 Friday: 10:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 19:00 Saturday: 8:00 to 20:00 Sunday: 10:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 19:00 Please contact the residence before arrival for more specific information. Please note that reception is located in the "Place du Village" at the residence. The free cleaning kit includes 1 sponge, 1 mop, 1 floor cloth, 1 multi-purpose product, 1 tea towel and 1 bottle of washing up liquid. Please note that the end of stay cleaning is included in the rate depending on the accommodation but does not include cleaning the kitchen. The kitchen should be left clean on the day of departure." Please note that the main swimming pool is closed from 8 September onward. Please note that towels are not provided. Guests can bring their own or rent a towels kit consisting of a large towel, a small towel, and a bath mat onsite for an extra charge. Please note that bedding arrangement and accommodation photos are given as a suggestion and the apartment allocated may vary.
